Alexandra Kafka is the founder and CEO of Oxyzn, a renowned well-being speaker, and a corporate well-being architect for the world's largest companies, including Wells Fargo, Kennedys Law, and Soho House.
In 2018, after overcoming personal burnout and resigning from her PR career, she embarked on a transformative two-year journey across 34 countries with the mission to unlock sustainable high performance through evidence-based well-being tools. This journey led her to build her signature mindfulness toolkit dedicated to mental fitness called Zen Warrior.
Through this self-healing journey, she was inspired to show employees how to harness well-being practices for peak performance, good health, and fulfillment. Advocating for a conscious lifestyle and spreading a responsible message, she has spoken at 22 summits and conferences, including CIPD, the Well-Tech Summit, and Code-Sync.
