With over two decades of HR experience, Katerina has held leadership roles in global environments, helping organizations in Greece, the UK, Spain, France, and Vietnam manage talent, develop leaders, and implement cultural transformation programs. She is the founder of Mellon, a boutique firm specializing in coaching and career advising for adults and teens. Since 2021, Katerina has served as the Director of Leadership Coaching at Dialectica, mentoring over 150 leaders through the Coaching For Success program. She holds a Marketing Degree, an MSc in Human Resources Management, a Career Coaching certification, and is a globally accredited Senior Practitioner Coach by the EMCC.
